Tasks
- Review, evaluate, and implement new administrative procedures
- Administer policies and procedures for releasing records under government access to information and privacy legislation
- Coordinate office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security
- Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain inventory and budget controls
- Perform data entry
- Train staff
- Resolve conflicts
- Oversee payroll administration
