Job Duties:
l Enter transactions into bookkeeping system
l Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
l Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
l Make payment for utilities, taxes and other bills
l Maintain general ledgers
l Post journal entries and reconcile accounts
l Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
l Prepare tax returns
Education: College/CEGEP
Experience:2-3 years
Languages: English
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office, Simply Accounting
