Longda Trading Services Co. Limited is looking for a full-time, and permanent Food and Beverage Processing Supervisor. (Part-time as well as Full-time applicants will be considered)

Position: Food and Beverage Processing Supervisor

Salary: C$23.08 /hr based on 30-36hrs/wk with 4% paid vacation
Overtime: Overtime will be provided after 8hrs/day, or 40hrs/wk

Education: Completion of Secondary School
Experience: At least 1 – 2 years of relevant work experience
Job Duties:
• Supervise, organize, and oversee (potentially review) workers' tasks
• Develop techniques to meet work schedules and co-ordinate activities with other departments
• Supervise operational safety
• Recommend strategies for enhancing productivity and product quality
• Detect, assess, manage, and preempt risks throughout the food production cycle
• Monitor materials, equipment, and supplies stock through purchase or ordering
• Address work-related issues and suggest productivity-enhancing measures
• Compile production and assorted reports 
• Educate staff/workers on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company guidelines
