Responsibilities:
• Assist with the day-to-day management of the dining room as directed by the Franchise Owner and General Manager
• Plan, organize, control, and evaluate the operations of the restaurant
• Ensure the store is operating to all standards of a "Benchmark Restaurant", and creating a Perfect Guest Experience every time
• Possess the potential to effectively run the front of house and lead all shifts to meet the Brand standards as well as financial goals
• Recruit staff and oversee staff training
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
• Control inventory, monitor revenues, and modify procedures
• Oversee and ensure the Perfect Guest Experience

• Have flexible availability including weekend and evening shifts
