Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time (We can consider part-time as well as full-time applicants)
Wage & Benefits:
– C$17.00~19.00/hr based on 30-36 hrs/week with 4% vacation pay (Overtime is provided after 8hrs/day, 40hrs/week)

Requirements:
-Education: Completion of Secondary School
-Experience: 1~2 years of housekeeping work experience.
Work Location: 4025 Walters Street, Merritt, BC V1K 1K1
Main duties:
-Establish and implement operational procedures for the housekeeping department
-Plan and co-ordinate the activities of housekeeping staffs
-Inspect assigned areas to ensure the work meet model policies and standards
-Arrange for maintenance and repair of equipment and machinery
-Maintain inventory and select and purchase equipment
-Hire, train and manage a motivated and housekeeping staffs
-Maintain documentation and prepare reports for management information and annual housekeeping budget
-Monitoring the quality of employee performance and participate in the evaluation, coaching and discipline of employees, when necessary
-Prepare work schedules of the housekeeping team effectively, in relation motel occupancy
-May perform the same duties as workers supervised
