We’re hiring an Office Assistant for an awesome team in the food service and restaurant industry;
Responsibilities:
Performs a variety of administrative work
Participate in the preparation of meetings (reservation of rooms, invitation of participants, preparation and distribution of agendas)
Supports a work team in their administrative and professional functions;
Data entry and compilation
Update of various reports and forms concerning the activities of the service
Assignment of pre-authorized mandates to contractors
Respond to inquiries related to service activities
Helps with tasks such as answering the phone, sorting mail and replying to correspondence
Requirements:
1 years’ work experience minimum
Basic computer skills in MS Office Suite & Excel
Good communication skills in English and French would be an asset
Salary: $20/hr
Job Types: Full-time, permanent,
Schedule: 30 hours per week, Monday-Friday
