Vacancy: Restaurant Manager

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time

Salary: $29.00 per Hour, for 40.00 Hours per week

Start Date: As soon as possible

Languages: English

Minimum Education: Completion of Secondary school

Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in food service sector
Work Locations: 26956 FRASER HIGHWAY, ALDERGROVE, BC V4W 3L6

Job Duties:
•To ensure a smooth running of the kitchen activities in accordance with the policies andmethods of Panago Pizza
•Organize the kitchen work on a weekly basis and distribute different tasks to be performed bykitchen staff and servers
•Set up work schedule and train new workers
•Participate in the control of food cost
•Respect the confidentiality of methods and recipes that belong to Panago Pizza
•Responsible for the physical organization of the kitchen, a good functioning of equipment, thecleanliness and the safety measures of the restaurant
•Initiate necessary measure to correct customer complaints
•Recruit staff and oversee staff training
•Control inventory, monitor revenues
