Job Description:

• Interpret electrical blueprints, wiring schematics, and code requirements to plan and verify electrical installations.
• Install electrical wiring lights, switches, power outlets, and other electrical components in buildings.
• Repair broken wires, circuits, and other electrical parts.
• Connect wires and pull them through holes in surfaces and walls.
• Install holders and hangers to hold up electrical appliances to keep them in place safely.
• Provide power connections to different systems such as audio and video systems, heating and cooling units, etc.
• Perform electrical testing using meters and diagnostic tools to verify circuit continuity and safety.
• Check circuits to ensure proper operation of equipment.
• Fix electrical issues and adjust and replace the damaged electrical components using appropriate testing devices
• Connect wires to units and fixtures to create electric circuits.
• Inspect circuit breakers and ensure continuous maintenance of electrical equipment to ensure safety.
• Perform general electrical maintenance and prepare maintenance records.

Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• Minimum one year of experience in the field is required.
