Job description
Central College Inc (dba. Central College), a professional career training institution located in New Westminster, British Columbia is currently looking for a responsible, experienced, and self motived full time Executive director who can oversee, direct and lead various business projects within the college.
1) Position: Executive director (available: 1)
- Wage: $50/hour
- Types: Full-time, Permanent
- Working hours: 30 hours/week

2) Job requirements:
- Experience: 5 years or more years relevant work experiences
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Language at work: English
- Working setting: Education
- Personal suitability: accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, judgement, organized, values and ethics
- Computer and technology knowledge: MS (office, access, excels, windows, word)
3) Job duties:
- Allocate material, human and financial resouces to implement college's policies and programs
- Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
- Establish objectives for the college and formulate or approve policies and program
- Represent the college or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the college, in negotiations or other official functions
- Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments
- Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
