The employer Song located in Oakville, Ontario is looking for a Child Caregiver.

Job Duties:

• Maintain a safe, clean and caring environment for the child.
• Prepare nutritional food and snack selections for the child.
• Plan and supervise structured, educational activities, and playtime.
• Maintain professional and positive relationships with parents and children.
• Promote child's emotional and social development, understanding of others and self-actualization.
• Discipline child according to the methods requested by the parents.
• Keep up-to-date records of children’s development, routines, and interest.
• When necessary, administer first-aid or CPR to children.

Job Details:

• Wage: $18.00 per hour, 30 hours per week
• Employment Type: Terms or contract; Full-time
• Location: 1668 GLENVISTA DR, OAKVILLE, ON L6H 6K6
• Environment: Non-smoking, Scent free

Requirements:

• Completion of secondary (high school) education is required.
• Minimum 6 months’ previous experience in the same field and/or full-time training in the field.
• First Aid Certificate; CPR Certificate would be an asset.
• Must be able to speak, write, read and understand English.
• Must be reliable, organized and flexible.
