Company Profile: ibii Construction Inc. is specialized in multi-phase planning, management, and construction for residential and commercial customers. Our past projects include new construction, repairs/restorations, and customized cabinets.

We are looking for a trustworthy and experienced Project Executive to join our company!

Education: A university degree or above

Language: English

Salary: hourly wage of $54.65, work 30 hours per week, 52 weeks a year

Annual: $85,254

Job Duties:

• Formulate and approve the company's overall development strategies, project management plan and annual project plan, and supervise the implementation of the strategies and plans
• Preside over the specific formulation of project plans and provide corresponding support;  be responsible for the overall control of the company's projects to ensure the normal operation of the company's projects
• Organize and decide the establishment of the company's major departments; select and supervise senior personnel, such as project managers, middle managers, etc.; be responsible for the construction of the management team of each project
• Approve overall personnel planning, manage and coordinate the core members of each department involved in each project, and determine the staffing of the project team
• Communicate and coordinate with project parties and major management personnel of various departments of the company; coordinate the work of various departments
• Control project progress, project quality, scheme design, cost management and financial allocation
• Represent the company to negotiate, determine cooperation details and sign contracts with all project parties.

Additional Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in senior management level and leadership experience is usually require
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction industry
• Having experience in managing construction projects and project teams, designing project schemes
• Having superb leadership, communication, collaboration and negotiation ability
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a constant eye on quality
• Having exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of construction methods and technologies, and ability to interpret technical drawings and contracts
• Ability and experience in construction design is preferred
