• To oversee company's social media, overall integrated marketing initiatives.

• Working with internal stakeholders to develop and publish relevant content to help drive company's brand awareness.

• Identifying where improvements can be made and developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals.

• Leading the marketing department to design print and online promotional materials for the company's products and services.

• Recruiting and hiring sales staff and developing training programs.

• Implement strategic planning and organizational policies.

• Drafting annual targets and goals.

• Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.

• Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning.

• Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other offìcial functions.

• Build and maintain relationships with key partners to plan and execute co-marketing programs designed to generate leads for the partners, and strengthen the partner relationships

Requirements 

• Bachelor Degree required.
• At least 5 years or more experience in managing marketing and sales function, preferably with a trucking or logistics company
• Require the ability to have excellent written and verbal communication skills including comfort dealing with senior management, both internal and external.
• Ability to logically communicate technical information and ideas.
• Experience and success working independently, as well as with cross-functional teams
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
• Require the ability budgetary responsibility approximately $500,001 - $1,500,000
• Require the knowledge about business equipment and computer applications(MS Office)
• Require the ability to supervise 3-4 people
•  Candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment; work under pressure; attention to detail; large workload and with tight deadlines.

Compensation and Hours

Salary $47.00 hourly for 35 hours per week
