Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Main Duties:
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of restaurant
• Overseeing inventory, including food and beverages, supplies and other restaurant equipments
• Negotiate with suppliers prices and logistics of deliveries
• Monitor and estimate cost and profit, adjust meal or price
• Control restaurant cost by minimizing waste and providing high quality services
• Interview and hiring new staff
• Prepare work schedules and monitor staff performance
• Deal with customer complaints about food or services
• Ensure staffs follow the health and safety regulation

Skills required:
• Education: Completion of a college program, courses in food service sector are an asset
• Work Experience: 4 years of work experience

Wages: $20.50-22.50 per Hour
Working Hours: 40 Hours per Week
