Location- Ajax, ON, L1Z 1G1
Salary - 17.00 to 19.00 hourly (to be negotiated), 30 to 40 hours per Week
Terms of employment - Permanent employment, Full time
Shifts - Day, Evening, Flexible Hours, Morning, Night, Overtime, Shift, Weekend
Start date - Starts as soon as possible

Education - No degree, certificate or diploma
Experience - 7 months to less than 1 year, Hyderabad style food,Andra style Biryani, Tandoor cooking experience is required.

Tasks -

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods 
• Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas
• Order supplies and equipment
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Clean kitchen and work areas
• Organize and manage buffets and banquets
• Manage kitchen operations
• Food preparation
• Hyderabad style food cooking, Tandoor cooking

Cuisine specialties - South Indian, East Indian, Biryani, Dosa, Hyderabad style food cooking, Tandoor cooking
