We are looking for natural leader to support our General Manager.

Duties

• Oversees daily restaurant operations, including front and back.
• Ensure the veggies and meat including chicken, beef, pork and harm are prepared adequately by the kitchen staff.

• Assist in greeting customers, taking orders and responding to our customer’s complaints and concerns for providing a comforting food experience.
• Responsible for closing & opening of the restaurant in accordance to their shift as per Domino’s standards.
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
• Place appropriate food and beverage orders to ensure adequate supply of fresh products on hand in alignment with sales volume.
• Assist in ensuring the use of fresh, top-quality ingredients while balancing costs daily

• Perform Inventory management tasks

• Coach, Train and develop a strong team including cashiers, pizza makers and delivery drivers.
• Ensuring a high level of cleanliness at all times.

• Ensuring labour and production plans are adjusted as per the Domino’s Labour policies to minimize the wastage

• Deliver Perfect Guest Experience by ensuring food quality is at the highest standards of Domino’s established food quality specifications

Requirements

• Secondary School Completion
• Completion of post-secondary diploma or at least one month of experience in supervisor role.
• Ability to legally work in Canada
