Job details:

Salary: $67.55 CAD Per Hour

Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time, 30 hours per week with overtime wage of $101.33 starting after accumulated 44 hours in a week, 1 Position Available

Start date: As soon as possible

Job requirements:

Languages: English is a mandatory language

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Experience: 5 years or more

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Office,MS Windows.

Specific Skills:

• Define and execute growth strategy for Web Mister by driving top-line and bottom-line growth.
• Develop strategies to improve overall operational quality and productivity
• Assess business running cost and employee reports, plan further to optimize all
• Define, execute and perform to improvise policies and procedures in the company.
• Plan, coordinate and manage all business operations to achieve corporate goals
• Develop and implement business plan for profitability
• Manage, forecast and assist in budget preparation and expense management activities
• Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing program and recommend improvements
• Assist in employee recruitment, training, performance evaluation, promotion and termination activities.
• Manage administrative, human resources, financial and accounting services to support company operations.
• Identify business opportunities with new and existing customers
• Guide vertical leads to enhance the productivity and explore opportunities of improvement
• Optimize the overall execution cost, increase regular client support and moreover spare cost for new innovation and research
