Retail Store Supervisor

Job Location:     #106 1014 Glenmore Drive, Kelowna, British Columbia, V1Y 4P2

Salary: $22.00 hourly

Hours: 40 per week

Terms of employment: Full-time permanent

Experience: 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience

Language: English

Education: High School

Start date: as soon as possible

Job Duties:

• Supervise, evaluate, monitor and provide directions to store staff.
• Schedule shifts and breaks for store staff.
• Initiate necessary actions to correct and resolve customer complaints.
• Perform product inventory for stock
• Maintain or change products displays including those required for periodic sales events.
• Hire and train new or existing employees
• Authorize payments and return of merchandise
• Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandise and employee matters.
• Compiling end of the shift reports
