Education: Bachelor’s degree or above

Language: English

Salary: hourly wage of $30, work 37.5 hours per week, 52 weeks a year

Annual: $58,500

Job duties:

• Supervise the daily operations of the customer service department
• Hire, train and manage staff for the customer service department based on team requirements, standards and corporate direction, and corporate policies
• Preside over the daily meeting of customer service team, and set customer service satisfaction goals for team members and help them reach those goals
• Create a reliable customer loyalty program, provide corresponding support, and ensure the realization of the overall satisfaction and loyalty of customers
• Evaluate and improve customer service and respond to customer requests and issues, such as queries and complaints in a timely manner
• Improve and update customer service process and after-sales strategies for the company
• Monitor and evaluate team member’s responses and handling of customer queries and concerns
• Make weekly and monthly reports and surveys about customer service
• Stay current on the latest industry trends about automobiles and customer’s general after-sales requirements
• Coordinate communication and cooperation between customer service department and other departments in the company
• Maintain relationships with customers

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 year experience in management level and leadership experience is usually require
• Having written and verbal communication, collaboration and negotiation skills
• Having strong leadership and management skills and capabilities
• Having exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Having experience in customer service industry
• Having passion for customer satisfaction
• Having relevant experience in sales or marketing is preferred
