JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with management team to craft the company’s vision and mission and forecasting the manpower requirements accordingly.
- Responsible for setting, enforcing, and evaluating HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Oversee an organization’s recruitment Plan.
- Develop strategic HR plans and policies, recruitment, interview, selection, hiring processes interview, training, compensation, employee benefit, payroll, health and safety programs.
- Hire, guide and evaluate the work of HR Manager & executives.
- Decide and act on initiatives for equal opportunity, diversity etc.
- Assume responsibility of labor and employee relations.
- Re-engineer processes to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Ensure all procedures comply with legal regulations and best practices.
- Analyze the effectiveness of HR operations and policies.
- Facilitate and monitor the implementation of standardized human resource processes.
- Effectively structure benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Work with technical team to design, integrate and implement human resource software systems for better efficiency.
- Recommend new and improved measures for performance evaluations.
QUALIFICATION & SKILLS
- Bachelor's Degree is required
- 5 years or more experience in similar role. Computer and technology knowledge, MS Access, MS Office, MS PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to manage and prioritize meet specific goals and deadlines.
Salary
$61.00 hourly for 35 hours per week
