Overview

The duties of the Hotel & Resort Development Manager include but are not limited to the following; Liaise with clients and contacts in the Asian market to facilitate investment for Hotel and Resort projects. Identify market needs and assist senior management with project planning. Research Government programs and requirements that apply to our projects. Handle and manage website, e-mail marketing, content writing, web design, graphic design, and inbound marketing. As well as executive assistant duties while working with Senior Management. Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

Excellent composure and interpersonal/communication skills, both verbally and in writing in English and Mandarin.

Excellent leadership skills to motivate and develop management of both short –term and long –term goals.Able to set priorities, plan, organize and delegate.

Design market research questionnaires both locally and from Asia.

One year management experience or above is required.

A bachelor degree or above is required.
