Role Description
- Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting area rugs, draperies
and upholstered furniture.
- Make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet.
- Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen, fixtures and appliances.
- Ensuring restrooms are cleaned, sanitized and restocked.
- Disinfect operating rooms and other areas, clean and disinfect elevators.
- Handle and report lost and found items.
- Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items.
- Provide basic information on facilities.
- Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
- Clean changing rooms and showers.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns.
- Liaising with the line manager to ensure sufficient cleaning products are available at all times.
- Reporting any breakages that occur during the cleaning process.
- Informing the line manager of repairs that need to be done.
Role Eligibility
- No degree, certificate or diploma
- Any experience is an added advantage
- Good English communication and writing skills
- Able to handle heavy loads, physically demanding, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling.
- Ability to adapt and work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure
Salary & hours
$13.50 to $16.50 / hour (To be negotiated)
40 to 48 hours / week
Location - Morden, MB R6M 1G3
