Role Description

• Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
• Handle customers with politeness and kindness; address's their complaints or concerns.
• Ask customers for any food allergies, inform about the ingredients of the dishes, serve specialty food at customers' tables.
• Advise on menu selections and describe menu items including daily specials for customers.
• Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings.
• Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs and maintain the sanitization of the place.
• Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff.
• Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages.
• Must maintain a professional and friendly demeanor and offer timely assistance to customers in order to ensure that their needs are met.
• Must ensure that the restaurant maintains proper standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

Role Eligibility

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required
• Any experience as food and beverages server is an added advantage
• Ability to adapt and succeed in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work in noisy, cold and Hot Outdoor or Indoor space
• Good English communication and writing skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure
• Effective interpersonal skills, team player, self-motivated, problem solver & guest focused.
• Should be able to work where there is need of long standing hours, bending, crouching, kneeling and physically demanding.

Salary & hours

$13.50 to $14.50 / hour (To be negotiated) for 30 to 40 hours / week

Location - Morden, MB R6M 1G3
