Fabricator Helper

New Born Arts has been committed to providing quality products and services positioning us above and beyond our competitors.  Today, we are well trusted in the Ottawa region for our multiple services related to the sign industry such as Fabrication, Installation, Service & Maintenance and Concrete Bases. Our customers know that we deliver!

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret specification sheets for fabrication 

• Build and assist with custom aluminum and steel structures

• Painting aluminum panels

• Assisting in building of 2D and 3D signs

• Cutting and welding metal materials

• Load and unload vehicles using hand truck or dolly

• Working with construction tools

• Working with LED connections 120v

• Installation of exterior signs on customer job site

Qualifications: 

• Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience required

• Not scared of heights

• Heavy lifting up to 50 pounds

Salary: $19-25 / Hour based on experience

Job Type: Full-time permanent, 40 hours per week 

Language: At least intermediate English is required

Job Location: Ottawa, Ontario, K1B 3V9
