Responsibilities
- Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
- Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
- Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
- Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
- Prepare and monitor contracts and budgets
- Provide technical and professional advice financial and budget administration
- Manage the company’s compliance with local and federal regulatory matters
- Partner with senior leaders to ensure the company hits revenue targets
Qualification and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or similar field
- 5 or more years of experience in same position
- Excellent English communication skills and ability to work with a team
- Knowledge of financial planning, P&L analysis, and margin improvement.
- Budgetary responsibility of $500,001 - $1,500,000
- Keen attention to details and information provided; meet tight deadlines.
- Efficient interpersonal skills and judgment
- Manage a team of 5-10 people.
Salary & hours
$65.20/ hour for 35 hours per week
