Role Description
- Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
- Leading and maintaining the implementation of operational efficiencies and continuous improvement in productivity & processes.
- Generate, maintain and review with management, annual, quarterly and monthly revenue statistics (leading and lagging indicators) on financial statistics, productivity rates, customer satisfaction trends and overall improvement trends.
- Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning. To ensure the efficient and effective operation of the organization, financial and administrative controls must be established
- Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments.
- Establish the objectives and creates policies and programs to help them achieve the goals. This may include things like setting sales targets or creating programs to improve employee productivity.
- Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
- Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff members who can effectively lead their departments.
- Managing the organization's finances and budget to ensure they have the necessary resources to achieve their objectives. This includes tracking expenses, managing cash flow, and creating budgets for future projects.
- Lead preparation of timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Lead and instruct individuals to achieve their goals. This may involve providing training and development opportunities to employees or mentoring new managers.
Role Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or similar field
- Experience of 5 years or more in performing similar duties or equivalent role
- Excellent English communication and writing skills
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Access and MS Power Point
- Able to create strategic business and financial plans
- Efficient in data analysis skills and organize financial data according to needs and requirements
- Able to handle large workload and responsibilities

Salary & hours
$64.90 hourly for 35 Hours per week
