Founded in 1999, Global Education Group Inc. is a large-scale and comprehensive educational institution registered in Canada. The school’s headquarters is located in Toronto, with another two branches in Vancouver and Winnipeg respectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with academic and administrative staff to identify software requirements and install educational applications.
- Develop and execute test cases and scripts to ensure the accuracy and functionality of educational applications.
- Conduct software testing of educational applications, including learning management systems, student information systems, and other academic and administrative software.
- Identify, document, and track defects and issues found during testing, and resolve them accordingly.
- Analyze and interpret system test results; and prepare reports that summarize findings and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of testing processes and methodologies to ensure high quality and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, and institutional policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum requirement of a college diploma in a field related to computer science, software engineering, etc. Higher education will be an asset.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in related fields.
- Proficiency in various software testing tools, programming languages, and operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
