Founded in 1999, Global Education Group Inc. is a large-scale and comprehensive educational institution registered in Canada. The school’s headquarters is located in Toronto, with another two branches in Vancouver and Winnipeg respectively.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with academic and administrative staff to identify software requirements and install educational applications.
2. Develop and execute test cases and scripts to ensure the accuracy and functionality of educational applications.
3. Conduct software testing of educational applications, including learning management systems, student information systems, and other academic and administrative software.
4. Identify, document, and track defects and issues found during testing, and resolve them accordingly.
5. Analyze and interpret system test results; and prepare reports that summarize findings and provide recommendations for improvements.
6. Contribute to the development and improvement of testing processes and methodologies to ensure high quality and efficiency.
7. Ensure compliance with quality standards, and institutional policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Minimum requirement of a college diploma in a field related to computer science, software engineering, etc. Higher education will be an asset.
2. Minimum 1 year of working experience in related fields.
3. Proficiency in various software testing tools, programming languages, and operating systems.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
