Job description

As “Farm Supervisor” the following tasks have to be performed:

• Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers
• Develop work schedules and establish procedures
• Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
• Maintain quality control and production records
• Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations
• Maintain work records and logs
• Hire and train staff
• Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
• Perform general farm duties

Supervision

• Supervise 11-15 people

Employment Type: Permanent; Full time

Employment Start Date: ASAP

Other Requirements :

Languages Required : English

Education Required : Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience Required : 7 months to less than 1 year

Successful candidate will have the following capabilities: Ability to work under Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Physically demanding, Attention to detail, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Be Organized and be a Team player

Experience and specialization in Type of crops: Apples, Cherry, Peaches
