Job Duties
Lead administrative team to deliver seamless and quality services for residents, families, and employees; Lead office and cross-coordinating across departments and lead organization when the owners are otherwise occupied; A strong sense of innovation, looking to find areas to optimize within the company; Ability to utilize company apps, software, and various technological metrics; Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence; Assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls; Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and duties as and when required; Delegating the work duties and projects to office support staff and supervise when required; Maintain efficiency within the office by establishing the best policies, standards and procedures for their company or department; Organize company-wide, corporate and internal meetings, parties, and events.

$25.50 per hour for 35 hours per week
