We are currently hiring one full-time Permanent Human Resources Officer (NOC:1223) to join our team.
Requirements:
- Completion of Bachelor’s degree is required. Any higher education in related field would be considered an asset
- More than 2 years of experience in related field is required.
- Good command over English Language
Wages: $28.85/hr. for 40 hours per week +4% Vacation pay will be paid on each schedule pay cheque.
Responsibilities:
- Identify current and prospective staffing requirements.
- Post job advertisements and review all incoming applications.
- Updating job requirements when needed
- Filter, screen, and contact applicants to arrange interviews
- Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers
- Advise successful job applicants on terms and conditions of employment
- Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training
- Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
- Supervise office helpers performing filing, typing and record-keeping duties
- Maintaining employee records and paperwork
- Answering employee questions and addressing employee concerns with company
