Title: Food Service Supervisor 

 Location: 700 Strasburg Road, Kitchener, ON N2E 2M2, Canada

 Salary: $17.00 to $19.00 / hour (To be negotiated)

 Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time 30.00 to 40.00 hours / week

 Employment conditions: Day, Evening, Night, Overtime, Morning, Shift, Weekend, To be determined

Tasks

Establish methods to meet work schedules, Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, Estimate and order ingredients and supplies, Ensure food service and quality control, Address customers' complaints or concerns, Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, Establish work schedules,  Operate food station, including performing checklist, appliance based on estimate of future needs, Keep a check of perishable items, frozen meats or other edible products and make arrangements to dispose expired items.
