Position: Restaurant Supervisor (NOC 62020)

Terms of Employment: Full Time and Permanent (Overtime, weekends if required)
Language: English

Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
Work Experience: 1- 2 years.
Wage: $19.00 per hour, for 40 hours per week
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Job Duties:

1618 Inn. is looking for a Restaurant Supervisor. The Job Responsibilities are:

• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies.
• Prepare food order summaries for chef.
• Establish work schedules.
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Ensure food service and quality control.
