Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Arrange, plan and coordinate conference calls and meetings, promptly receiving and screening incoming telephone calls, providing friendly and professional greetings, taking messages as appropriate, and gathering necessary information to facilitate timely and accurate responses, responding when and as appropriate.
- Coordinate projects between Truck Dispatchers and customers, helping to collaboratively establish, communicate, and maintain deadlines for all Deliveries and Pick-ups
- Complete special research projects to attract more clients as directed for business expansion.
- Compose and/or edit a variety of documents including highly confidential correspondence, memoranda, contracts, and proposals.
- Correspond with customers and keep them updated on the progress of their requests.
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, reports, and reference materials.
- Review operating practices and suggests improvements.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
Eligibility Criteria:
- High school or secondary school graduation certificate
- Experience of 2 years to less than 3 years within equivalent role or performing similar duties
- Demonstrate ability to manage high stress situations calmly and effectively
- Positive attitude with good interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage/prioritize tasks effectively as per given deadlines
- Well organized and reliable employee with strong sense of work ethics
- Able to adapt information as per requirements
- Strong command of MS Office (Excel and Word), Quick books and with an ability to learn new software
