Duties:

• ·         Prepare vegetables and fruits by washing and peeling them.
• ·         Assist in food preparation.
• ·         Assist the cook and kitchen staff by sweeping and mopping the floor.
• Remove trash and  wash garbage cans.
• ·         Clean food preparation and storage areas.
• ·         Organize supplies into refrigerators, cabinets, and other storage areas.
• Keep kitchen areas and equipment clean
