Calgary Tire Hub Ltd. is located at 1024 Kingston Crescent SE, Airdrie, AB  has an opening for an energetic person, highly motivated, detail oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join their dynamic team.

Salary $29.00/hr, Full Time and Permanent

Education: College Certificate or diploma 

Language: English

Experience: 1 or more years

Duties:

• Perform full-cycle bookkeeping tasks such as preparing invoices, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Conduct periodic reconciliations of all accounts to ensure their accuracy

•  Prepare financial statements like trial balance, income statement, balance sheet
•  Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
• Prepare cheques, payments and bank deposits
• Prepare and process payroll
• Calculate and prepare tax payments
• Post journal entries
• Conduct a monthly reconciliation of every bank account
• Provide information to the external accountant
• Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested
