Required Production Supervisor (NOC 92012)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ARE LISTED BELOW:

• Supervise, plan, and schedule the activities performed by employees that prepare, pack, test, and grade food items.
• Co-ordinate work activities and meet production schedules.
• Order tools and supplies for production staff
• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing staff schedules.
• Preparing production reports and other relevant reports for the manager’s review;
• Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policy
• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.

Key Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school is required;
  • 2-3 years of experience in food or beverage processing or related industry is required;
  • Must be able to work independently with limited supervision;
  • Previous supervisory experience in a related role will be an asset;

Salary: CAD$ 23.60/hour. Full-time permanent position at Pine River Food Products Inc., at 635 ON-21, Ripley ON N0G 2R0
