Fiesta Enterprises Ltd. DBA Taco Del Mar is looking for 1 full-time Restaurant Manager to work at 150 – 805 Boyd Street, New West Minister, V3M 5X2.

Employment details:

• Position: Restaurant Manager
• Wage & Hours: $26.50/hr & minimum 30 hr/week
• Work Location: 150 – 805 Boyd Street, New West Minister, V3M 5X2

Job duties:

• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
• Organize and supervise shifts
• Recruit, train and oversee staff training
• Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
• Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
• Manage/control the inventory and order food and beverages, equipment, and supplies
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
• Develop, implement and analyze budgets
• Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations

Job Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school is required.
• Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management or 1 to 2 years of work experience in food service
