Fiesta Enterprises Ltd. DBA Taco Del Mar is looking for 3 full-time Meat Cutters to work at 150 – 805 Boyd Street, New West Minister, V3M 5X2.

Employment details:

• Position:  Meat Cutter  
• Wage & Hours: $21.00/hr & minimum 30 hr/week
• Work Location: 150 – 805 Boyd Street, New West Minister, V3M 5X2

Job duties:

• Cutting, deboning, trimming, grinding, weighing and packaging meat and seafood products to specification or customers’ requirements.  
• Sharpen and adjust knives and cutting equipment.
• Receive, inspect, and store meat upon delivery.
• Weigh, wrap, and display meat or meat products.
• Store meats in refrigerators or freezers at the required temperature.
• Clean equipment and work areas to maintain health and sanitation standards.
• Keeping inventory of meat sales, ordering meat supplies to maintain appropriate stock levels.

Employment requirements:

• Completion of secondary school is an asset.
• On-the-job training will be provided.

• Detail-oriented.
