1327435 BC. Ltd. o/a Sushi Waa are looking for 2 Full-time, Permanent Cooks. We are located at 108-50 Tenth Street, Nanaimo, BC, V9R 6L1.

Salary: $22.00 - 23.00/hr, based on 30-36 hr/wk
Overtime: Overtime will be provided after 8hrs/day, 40hrs/wk
Benefit: 4% paid vacation
Work Setting: Japanese Restaurant
Education: Completion of Secondary School
Experience: 1-2 years of culinary work experience, or completion of a culinary program diploma.
Language: English
Job Description:
*Prepare and cook complete Japanese meals or side dishes in our menus
*Prepare and make all the sauces being used for Japanese cooking
*Clean kitchen and work areas
*Ensure food quality meet standard
*Check quality of ingredients
*Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages
