2140363 Alberta Ltd. o/a Old Town Restaurant & Bar is looking for 2 Full-time, Permanent Cook. (Part-time as well as Full-time applicants will be considered)

Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: C$16.50/hr – C$18.00/hr, depend on experience based on 30-36hr/wk

Benefit: 4% paid vacation

Overtime: Overtime will be provided after 8hrs/day, 44hrs/week

Work Location: 2001 Mistassiniy Road, Wabasca, AB, T0G 2K0

Work Setting: Restaurant, Bar

Education: Completion of Secondary school

Experience: At least 1-2 years of work experience or completion of equivalent in accredited training program for food

Language: English

Job Duties:

-       Supervise Kitchen staff and helpers

-       Order supplies and equipment

-       Manage kitchen operations

-       Inspect kitchens and food service areas

-       Clean kitchen and work areas

-       Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment

-       Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
