Objective

The main objective of Tim Hortons is to ensure that the recruitment and selection process is unbiased, transparent, ensuring that we hire the best candidates for the position.

You will be responsible for the following duties:

• Primary job duties include (but are not limited to) assisting the restaurant in all aspects of the daily operation and function of the restaurant - which includes:

- supervision of staff in the prep/serving of food;

- serving and dealing with customer complaints or problems;

- ensure all food sold and served meets high standards;

- set work schedules of other staff and assign duties;

- make sure all health and safety regulations are met and practiced;

- ordering of supplies and food;

- counting/verifying registers, daily entry of waste and daily numbers and receivables;

- ensure all general cleaning and sanitation of restaurant and equipment is performed adequately.

Qualifications:

• Completion of secondary school education
• 1 – 2 years’ of work experience in a restaurant & bar setting

Specific Skills:

• Ability to supervise 3-4 people
• Client Focus
