General Manager - Financial, Communications And Other Business Services (Permanent Position)

MAIN JOB DUTIES: 

• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, and internal stakeholders by providing leadership, experience, and credibility in successfully positioning our company' solutions to business requirements across targeted IT services.
• Represent our company's capabilities, build solid relationships with customers, help shape the solution vision and roadmap, and collaborate with resources to ensure tailored effective delivery of solution presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to win the deals.
• Maintain domain expertise by keeping abreast of new product enhancements, business trends, software’s supply chain best practices.
• Establish, communicate, and implement repeatable, predictable, measurable, and high-quality operational processes for services delivery.
• Manages and provide directions towards financials, revenue generation, HR policies and procedures and sales team to target closure look to target right audience.
• Create, follow and enforce rules, policies, schedules and all systems.
• Use logical reasoning in day to day activities to meet expected KPI’s marked for broader performance evaluation
• Develop budgets and update forecasts for specific projects and keep track of revenue goals.
• Lead planning and implementation of continuous improvement of working procedures.
• Be People Skills Professional, respectful and courteous in all forms of communication while enforcing discipline, conflict management, coaching and development of lean tools.
• Communicate measure and monitor individual objectives, and coach team to drive performance improvements.

Compensation & Hours:

Salary: $61.70 CAD PER Hour (Overtime paid $92.55 PER HOUR after 44 hours of work per week; 4%Holiday pay will be accrued)

Working hours: Minimum 30 hours per week
