Duties
• Oversee, direct and evaluate the daily operations of the restaurant
• Train and mentor new hires regarding company policies and procedures for standardized operations
• Inspect workstation to ensure clean, sanitized
• Manage restaurant staff's work schedules.
• Monitor and order inventory, supplies & equipment
• Maintain report of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
