1 POSITION – FOOD SERVICE TRAINING SUPERVISOR, PERMANENT/FULL TIME BASIS. $17.50/HOUR, REQUIRED IMMEDIATELY FOR GENERATION 3 HOLDINGS INC. O/A MCDONALD’S LOCATED AT 6348 LUNDY’S LANE, NIAGARA FALLS, ONTARIO, L2G 7K6, CANADA

JOB DUTIES: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Estimate and order ingredients and supplies, Ensure food service and quality control, Maintain records of stocks, repairs, sales and wastage, Prepare and submit reports, Prepare food order summaries for chef, Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres, Supervise and check assembly of trays, Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, Establish work Schedules, Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, Address customers’ complaints or concerns
