Sultan Sweet Shop and Restaurant is currently looking for a Food service supervisor
Business and location of work address: 6616 Fraser Street, Vancouver, BC V5X 3T5

Tasks: 

• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
• Hire food service staff
• Ensure food service and quality control
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Prepare food order summaries for chef
• Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
• Establish work schedules

Requirements: 

• One year of related work experience
• Completion of secondary education

NOC: 62020

Wage: $19-21/Hour
1 vacancy, full time- Permanent
30 Hours/week

Language: English
Start date: As soon as possible
