Job description

Duties:

• Wash dishes and utensils
• Prepare, heat and finish simple food items
• Stock refrigerators
• Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit
• Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment
• Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, and other storage areas
• Remove kitchen garbage and trash
• Sweep and mop floors; and
• Assist cooks and other kitchen staff.

Salary: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
