Who We Are

Chili Club Thai House is located in Calgary and has been operating for many years as a Thai-style restaurant. We offer a variety of Thai food.

We are now looking for a Kitchen helper at our store.

 Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

• Washing, peeling and slicing foodstuffs and pre-processing ingredients (eg. pineapple, meat, seafood etc.)
• Fried, grilled, and other cooking methods to prepare starters such as fries squid, spring rolls, salads etc.
• Ensuring that the food handling area is in tidy manner in compliance with health and regulations (eg. washing worktables, cupboards and appliances, removing trash and clean kitchen garbage containers, etc.)
• Participating in dishwashing as necessary
• Participating in daily cleaning of all areas
• Unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, cupboards and other storage areas

Qualifications:

• Secondary school education is required
• Experience in food preparation or related fields is an asset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate efficiently and maintain good working relations
• Ability to learn new skills from an experienced staff
• Able to work at night
