Duties: 

*         Manage and oversee the work of housekeepers and cleaners to ensure that guests receive the best level of cleanliness.

*         Inspect locations or facilities to ensure that they meet safety and cleanliness standards

*         Hire and train housekeeping staff, as necessary.

*         Co-ordinate activities with other departments and create a work schedule for housekeeping work for optimum efficiency.

*         Establish, implement, and optimize cleaning and maintenance procedures.

*         Maintain Financial records, make budget and expense estimates.

*         May perform certain housekeeping tasks such as making beds, vacuuming, and cleaning.
