Khosa Construction Ltd., located at Unit #3, 7550 132 Street, Surrey, BC, V3W 4M7 is currently hiring for a position of Waterproofer and Roofer, to join their team and contribute in success of their business.

Position: Waterproofer and Roofer (NOC: 73110)

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full time.

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Wages and benefits: $27.50 per hour, at least 40 hours of work per week. Overtime ($41.25 per hour) paid after 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week. 4% vacation pay of the gross salary will be paid each pay period.

Location of Employment: Unit #3, 7550 132 Street, Surrey, BC, V3W 4M7
(The candidate will be expected to work at various locations in Lower Mainland, Greater Vancouver and Fraser Valley as per work contract and demand)

Eligibility:
• Education: Secondary(high) School graduation certificate
• Experience: 1 years to 2 years of previous relevant experience
• Language: English

Job Duties:
• Install, repair or replace roofing system using waterproof sheet materials such as modified plastics, elastomeric or other compositions
• Apply waterproof coatings to surfaces below or above ground level
• Install and repair metal roofs using hand and power tools
• Set up scaffolding to provide safe access to roofs
• Help estimate time, materials required and costs
• Install, repair or replace built-up roofing systems using materials such as asphalt saturated felts and hot asphalt and gravel
• Install, repair or replace shingles, shakes and other roofing tiles on sloped roofs of buildings
• Load and unload tools, equipment’s, sheets and filling materials as required.
