Clear Blue Farms & Nursery Inc. is looking self-motivated & hardworking Harvesting Labourers for their farm located in Abbotsford, BC.

Job Title: Harvesting Labour

Education: No degree, certificate or diploma

Start Day: As soon as possible

Work Site Experience: Outdoor, Wet/damp, Hot

Main Duties

• Cleaning the crop
• Training fruit trees
• Grading
• Plant, cultivate and irrigate crops
• Shoot positioning
• Harvest crop
• Tying
• Weeding
• Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
• Load, unload and transfer crates, supplies and farms produce, lively stock and poultry.
• Be able to lift approx 45 lbs or more.
• Clean work area
• Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
  
  Additional Information:

Be able carry up to 45 Kg (100lbs), Must have excellent Hand-eye-co-ordination, be able to do large workloads, Must have the ability to distinguish between colours.

Working conditions and physical capabilities: Must be able to prepare to perform physically demanding tasks as part of daily routine, Repetitive task, Handling heavy loads, , Standing for extended periods, Bending, crouching, kneeling and Hand-eye co-ordination.
