Avidal Foods Ltd DBA Cora is hiring 2 Food Service Supervisors

Job Location: 420 45585 Luckakuck Way, Chilliwack, British Columbia, V2R 1A1

Salary: $18.50/Hourly

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent, 40 hours per week

Start Date: As soon as possible

Language: English

Minimum Education: High School

Requirements: Completion of diploma or degree in Food Service Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management or related discipline OR 1-2 years of related work experience

Job Duties:

•             Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare and serve food.

•             Controls labor hours and cash flow while on shift.

•             Helps maintain records for safety and appropriately documents performance and/or incidents in personnel files.

•             Completes assigned shift paperwork.

•             Maintains records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.

•             Train staff in job duties and sanitation and safety procedures.

•             Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.

•             May participate in the hiring of crew members and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets.

•             Handling cash and Cash deposits
